Laura corrects with you, not instead of you.
The correction assistant built to the GDPR: Laura takes the stack of papers, you keep the child. The AI surfaces evidence, you decide.
Grading stays your decision
Laura proposes, the teacher decides. No final grade is ever assigned automatically.
Uncertainty made visible
Handwriting recognition is an evidence layer, not truth: every uncertain passage is flagged, never invented.
Privacy by design
Local-first processing by default, mandatory Supabase RLS, tamper-evident audit log. No real student data in demos.
Authorized teacher font
A digital correction style in your own handwriting, versioned, auditable, revocable. No deception.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Laura grade automatically?
- No. Laura proposes against a rubric; the final grade is always the teacher’s decision.
- Is student data sent to the cloud?
- Processing is local by default. The cloud is used only with explicit per-job consent and an audit entry.
Pilot programme
In the pilot programme we accompany teachers through a complete exam, from the pile to the feedback. The focus is on Berlin for now and the number of places is deliberately small, so that every piece of feedback really does reach the software.
